Barbara Chamberlin is one of the premiere artists from Whitehorse, Yukon. With roots in Oregon (actually, right here in Maupin!) she has performed all over the world. Highlights in Barbara’s diverse career include her involvement in the movie “Highway of Heartache” which aired on Bravo and singing for the opening ceremonies for the Canada Winter Games, ‘07. Other highlights include: Cracking the Canadian top 100 country songs, being the first Yukon artist to have a video featured on CMT, being a runner up in the John Lennon Songwriting contest, playing for Prince Charles, and winning the BC festival of the Arts” Award of Excellence”. Nominated for a West Coast Music Award, Barb is a dynamic musician with a big voice and great stage presence. She is currently in the processes of releasing her third CD, entitled ‘Of Ice and Men’.
Today Robb is a dynamic solo performer, leader of the electric Terry Robb Band, sought-after producer of high-quality recording projects. In 2008 Terry founded his own record label, PsycheDelta Records, the first release being the popular 'Sista' album by the legendary Linda Hornbuckle and Janice Scroggins. His electric band has been performing regularly around the region, recently opening for Lemmy Kilmister(Motorhead),Slim Jim Phantom (Stray Cats), and Robert Cray. He toured Northern Canada for 2 weeks w/ Barbara Chamberlain and headlined the Magic Blues Festivalin Switzerland, playing along side the likes of Rick Wakeman. Recently, Terry has been performing showcase concert with guitar-extrordinaire Jennifer Batten. He is currently working on his first electric release of all original material at Falcon Studios in Portland Oregon. Frank Zappa frontman Ike Willis will return to collaborate with Terry on vocals.
