You've been waiting all year! It's time to come back & join us at Imperial for another special night on the lower Deschutes. Sunday, February 19th, Chef Andrew Biggs, will expertly pair his "Love of Oregon" menu with Left Coast Cellars delicious Willamette Valley wines. Andrew, Chef at Hunt & Gather Catering in Portland, will feature Imperial Stock Ranch beef & lamb, local produce and many other items you probably don't make at home that often! Guests will enjoy 5 courses, along with wine education by Left Coast Cellar's winemaker, Luke McCollom. Located in Rickreall, Left Coast Cellars 356-acre estate produces estate-grown reds & whites, including a white pinot noir. (How cool is that?) Their wine is delicious!
Take advantage of the long, holiday weekend. (Monday the 20th is President's Day.) We were thinking of that when we scheduled this dinner!
