Deschutes River Valley Time Trial

Three individual stages, held during the weekend of April 28-29, 2018.

These stages are wonderful and challenging cycling routes in and around beautiful Maupin, Oregon.  Put on by Race Across Oregon, they live up to always providing you with challenging time trial courses that are aesthetic and test all of your riding skills. They choose Maupin as the site of their time trial festival because they absolutely love the riding here. The roads are in great shape, there is little to no traffic and the our community is excited to host you. The routes are made up of some of their favorite training rides – the kind of rides where you think to yourself ‘what a great place to have a bicycle race…'

Stage One: Saturday April 28, 2018 9:00AM Start. Race staging area is the Imperial River Company. Map of Stage One.

Stage Two: Saturday April 28, 2018. 3:00 PM Start. Race staging area is at the Imperial River Company.  Map of Stage Two.

Stage Three: Sunday April 29, 2018. 8:00 AM Start. Race staging area is at the Imperial River Company. Please note earlier start time than in years past. We are doing this to spread the field a bit further, cut down on windy conditions (hopefully) for racers starting at the back of the field and to make time for our post race awards!!!  Map of Stage Three.

Individual Start Times: Individual start times will be posted at the race location, following each stage. You may have a much earlier start time (as early as 6:30AM) for Stage Three depending on your overall time.

Registration: $100 solo/tandem rider (registration)

Plan to make this bike race fun for the whole family and take advantage of all of the wonderful other activities that Maupin has to offer!  Book a whitewater rafting trip; yes there will be trips available in April.  Or call one of the Fly Fishing Shops in town for a Guided Fishing Trip.  No matter what you end up doing, the Deschutes River canyon is an amazingly beautiful place. 032
