2015 will mark the fourth time Imperial will host this event. This winter dinner will feature the legendary Troon Vineyard. Located in Southern Oregon's Applegate Valley, Troon Vineyards have been producing award-winning vermentinos, syrahs, pinots, and zinfandels for years – the vineyard itself was established in 1972. Diners will be able to sample some of Troon’s top-notch wines and taste a NW Vermentino for the first time.

Selections Made with All-Natural Beef

The Ranch raises all natural, free-range Angus beef that is a popular mainstay for diners. Hand selected, properly aged for three weeks and cut to chef’s specifications, Imperial River Company’s menu features a range of steaks, medallions, short ribs and burgers that have become famous among dinners. The Imperial River Company menu also features Imperial Stock Ranch lamb, Seed to Table Farm greens, Tillamook cheeses and other Northwest products.
