Imperial River Company offers a wide variety of facilities and equipment to make your event a success.  Our Event coordinator is available to help you decide on the best space and equipment for your meeting or special occasion.

Redside Room

This 650 square foot room can accommodate 45 people (meeting room style) and features large glass doors that open onto our courtyard.  The Redside Room is perfect for meetings, conferences, retreats, birthday parties, family reunions and receptions.

Rental includes tables, chairs, linens, WiFi internet access, set-up, clean-up and garbage disposal.  (During your rental, if you go over your time allotted by 15 minutes or more, you will be charged an additional hour.)

Redside Room:            $20.00 per hour

Fee is waived with food and beverage and/or lodge room purchase.

Yard

The yard is perfect for a for a family reunion dinner, retirement party or any other festive warm weather meal.  The yard is large enough to host a sit down dinner for 200 but smaller groups will also love dining on the banks of the Deschutes River.

Yard (down river portion, near fence):            $40.00 per hour

Due to set-up involved, fee is waived with food and beverage and/or lodge room purchase of $500 or more.
